Recently, SUMEC International Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as SUMEC-ITC) successfully won the bid for an 80,000-ton coal supply project, achieving a brilliant start to the new year.
The 80,000 tons of coal supplied by SUMEC-ITC to the customer this time will be used for power generation in the customer's factory, providing a solid kinetic-energy guarantee for the customer's operations. During the project tendering process, the company gave full play to its rich resource advantages. Relying on the integrated operation system of domestic coal procurement, transportation, and sales, it deeply analyzed the coal market conditions in view of key issues such as the customer's procurement costs, expanded and integrated high-quality coal resource channels, and customized an efficient cost-reducing coal procurement and supply strategy as well as service solutions for the customer. At present, the company has reached a 500,000-ton coal-supply cooperation with this customer, effectively providing strong support for the customer to obtain high-quality coal resources and achieve efficient development.
In recent years, relying on the global supply-chain resource network, SUMEC-ITC has focused on the coal business field, made efforts to strengthen the development of domestic and foreign coal resources, enhanced the integration of the industrial chain with upstream core resources and downstream end-users, continuously improved the supply-chain operation and differentiated service capabilities. It has taken practical actions to help meet the domestic demand for power-generation coal and promote the high-quality development of the coal business. In 2024, the cumulative operation volume of products in the coal sector of SUMEC-ITC exceeded 20 million tons.
